The Brooklyn apartment

February 10, 2103.   Moving to the farm was not a difficult decision – change of life focus and hope for a better balance from the daily hustle that is NYC.  We did love our time in Williamsburg – admittedly we felt slightly older than the 20s crowd in the local scene.  Youth does have some charm.

What we will miss the most is our open loft we designed and furnished from what was a large artist studio.  Grey resin floors, robins egg blue refrigerator, seven massive windows of light, blackened steel finishes, poured concrete kitchen island, white leather 50s swivel chair purchased on eBay for fifty buck turned into a the coolest seat in the house upholstered in purple corduroy.  Well – and – there was that Elle Décor photo shoot of our loft in the December 2007 issue – Holla!!

Some images of what we left behind in Brooklyn are below – additional images are found with this LINK.
